The Problem

Quartz Aero set out to disrupt the private aviation industry by offering a more accessible, community-driven model for booking private flights. Competing with legacy players like NetJets, the brand needed to appeal to a high-net-worth audience while offering a smoother, more transparent digital experience. As a startup, they lacked a visual identity, user experience strategy, and platform to bring their vision to life.

The Solution

I led the full creative and digital experience from concept to launch, including:

  • Brand identity: Designed a high-end, modern brand system that balanced exclusivity and innovation - built to appeal to a discerning, luxury-focused audience.

  • Website design & development: Created a premium brochure website to introduce the Quartz vision, convert early members, and communicate trust and simplicity.

  • App UX & UI design:

    • Conducted user research to understand the behaviours and expectations of the target market.

    • Built detailed user flows, wireframes, and interaction models to guide development.

    • Designed a sleek, intuitive app interface that made real-time private flight booking simple and seamless, while visually aligning with the brand’s luxury positioning.
