The Problem
Elanco Animal Health was launching Zenrelia, a new veterinary medicine designed to treat itching in dogs. As a brand-new product, it needed immediate awareness among pet owners and veterinarians, plus clear education around its benefits.
The challenge was to create an integrated launch campaign that could work across multiple channels, guide audiences through the awareness-to-purchase journey, and position Zenrelia as the go-to choice for managing canine itching symptoms.
I led the creative strategy and execution across all aspects of the project.
The Solution
Social Media Campaign: Designed platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn targeting both pet owners and veterinary professionals.
Reach – eye-catching, high-impact visuals to raise awareness.
Engage – educational posts explaining the science and benefits of Zenrelia.
Act – clear calls to action driving users to find out more or speak to their vet.
Convert – targeted retargeting ads leading to appointment bookings and prescription requests.
Email Campaigns: Designed segmented email sequences for pet owners and veterinary clinics to build trust and drive action.
Website: Developed product pages to educate audiences and provide resources for vets, alongside dedicated landing pages with clear messaging, visuals, and calls to action to support each campaign stage.
Google Display Ads: Designed banner sets to extend campaign reach and retarget website visitors.
